Als je veel energie hebt voelt het alsof je de wereld aan kan, maar als je moe bent wordt je soms angstig. Dan overzie je het leven soms even niet en weet je niet waarnaar je op weg bent. Dat had ik afgelopen week ..
Er wordt weleens gezegd, doe je taken en vermoeidheid en emoties waaien vanzelf over. Mee eens (ook al kan het op het moment zelf best lastig zijn om je tot dingen te zetten). Je vuurtje en levenslust is op dat moment gewoon laag.
